Phase II is a full-service personal training facility with onsite cardiovascular equipment, strength training machines, free weights, locker rooms and other fitness accessories.

Phase II presents a comfortable, spa-like environment for one-on-one personal training without having to worry about crowds.

Each client is given a thorough initial consultation, which includes: evaluation of current fitness level, discussion of fitness goals, medical history, body fat analysis and measurements.

Trainers then design a customized routine for each client to ensure they achieve their goals as quickly and as safely as possible.

Clients then setup weekly sessions with their trainer that are based on times convenient for their lifestyle.

The trainer is at the client's side from start to finish of every workout to make sure the client is using proper form and intensity level during each exercise and to provide ongoing motivation!

Trainers re-assess body fat and measurements every 6-8 weeks to track the client's progress.

In addition, trainers give their client's ongoing nutritional guidance to help them stay healthy and reach their goals. Our goal is that our clients not only reach their fitness goals but also learn how to stay healthy and fit for the rest of their lives!
